    Water, water everywhere..........

A good number of us have been busy watching water and we are not done quite yet. Our compatriots in Mesa County have been out monitoring the water lapping against I-70 bridges. Ed, KA0NEV, has been busy around Surface Creek. KC0GKZ, KC0OIM, N0SLF, and others have been busy elsewhere. Thanks to all.

I've spent some time in my shed, rounding up bits and pieces of radio stuff to haul to the Tailgate Party. Being a relative newbie I don't have too much but I bet that some of you do. Get it rounded up, sorted out, and join us at Confluence Park in Delta at 0900 hours on June 7. It will be fun for all and you will be able to get rid of lots of stuff and load up with lots of different stuff.

If you missed the last club meeting you also missed a very interesting video of the Scarboro Reef Dxpedition. I've asked Bill, KC0QXX, to bring it to Tailgate and set it up for viewing. Thanks for doing this Bill. If you have any great ideas for programs at our meetings, give Bill a call. I bet he would really like ideas to say nothing of volunteers to present the programs.

There is something else coming up. What is it? I can't remember. Oh, that's right; it is Field Day on June 28! Make sure that is on your calendar. Good food, good company, fresh air, and ham radio.

Have you gotten any neat QSLs lately? Here is pretty one that I got recently for a PSK-31 contact.
    Radio that glows.
