TSA Event

    On May 19th Ron KC0GKZ, Steve KI0MR, Vernon KC0NMP, and Lew KC0UER participated in a Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) / Mesa County RACES communications exercise. They went to Montrose Airport to test the availability to establish alternate means of communications between Grand Junction and Montrose TSA personnel.

    Using KC0GKZ's Comm. Van they were successful in establishing communications as well as demonstrating and describing our Amateur Radio capabilities.
